Why we spend 500$ monthly on diagnostic software

Personally, speaking from both a marketing and mechanic background I believe we need to crush our competition. That means buying the Alldata package and having access to the repair articles and diagrams we need to set us apart from our competitors. It also allows our customers access to shop level or better diagnosis. We specialize in wiring and diagnostic issues as well. This is not a business that is interesting in the "parts guessing" style of figuring out the problem. We form a hypothesis based on data and experience, not by going down the list of potential failure points.
